Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Decision Scientists to aggregate and normalize datasets for analysis.
  • •Partner with data and engineering teams to represent data needs and best practices through data development, validation, and managed processes.
  • •Identify, validate, document, and test events-based data for utility in the data lake; understand business logic to maintain datasets.
  • •Deploy and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, supporting CI/CD and automated testing to keep pipelines reliable.
  • •Build UI and automation tools for data democratization, and implement automated alerting and anomaly detection in data flows.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in data engineering supporting an analytics team (or equivalent analytics engineer/BI developer experience).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Experience building production data pipelines using Python and SQL (Databricks or similar cloud data warehouse experience is a plus).
  • •Ability to apply data quality principles, including schema validation and data contracts.
  • •Experience identifying and troubleshooting data anomalies and pipeline issues, including supporting CI/CD and automated testing.
