•Cultivate customer relationships to create loyal brand advocates and leverage the team to achieve high-quality client profiling with every transaction.
•Manage and develop the team through coaching, training needs assessments, and collaboration with HR and L&D to tailor development plans.
•Oversee store operations to ensure Prada standards, effective back-of-house organization, and optimal use of company tools and digital initiatives.
