Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve the Emiratization TA Strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • •Partner with business leaders to identify current and future UAE National workforce needs and develop workforce plans to meet targets.
  • •Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Emirati candidates through market mapping, active sourcing, and university partnerships.
  • •Lead Graduate Programs, internships, and early career initiatives, including program design, launch, and management.
  • •Oversee employer branding, career fairs, and partnerships with universities and government entities to attract UAE Nationals and track program effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • •6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Emiratization initiatives
  • •Proven experience in managing graduate programs, internships, and workforce planning
  • •Experience working with UAE government entities and academic institutions is preferred
  • •A track record of program or project management and data-driven reporting
