  • •Develop and maintain the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and collaboration across Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk.
  • •Support change initiatives by ensuring programme and project designs remain aligned with the agreed Target State and architectural principles.
  • •Drive enterprise-wide business architecture delivery across complex financial services environments.
  • •Communicate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and secure alignment.
