Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engine disassembly, assembly, testing, inspection, and repair in line with approved technical data and aviation authority requirements.
  • •Solve technical issues encountered during daily work.
  • •Lead and supervise a team of technicians, including work assignment and monitoring.
  • •Assist Cell Leaders and Managers with operations planning to meet production targets, goals, and discipline.
  • •Maintain workshop operations including tooling/fixtures, participate in projects and workshop housekeeping, and complete SAP and Solumina transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or other engineering disciplines.
  • •Internal candidates must hold valid certifying technician (CT) approval.
  • •Good analytical skills to grasp concepts, track and resolve issues quickly.
  • •Strong team player with organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts (day & night) and complete a required three-year service commitment after successful program completion.
