Job Summary

Work hands-on in the Starlink factory’s PCB manufacturing processes—operating production equipment, monitoring control systems, performing chemical analysis and process interventions, and running quality inspections. Troubleshoot first-level equipment issues with maintenance and engineering, execute preventive maintenance and calibration, and perform dispositions/rework for nonconforming boards. Maintain lab equipment, consumables inventory, and 5S standards while safely handling hazardous chemicals and managing hazardous waste.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute startup and shutdown procedures for PCB production equipment.
•Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems across PCB manufacturing steps such as plating, etching, drilling, and lamination.
•Perform chemical analysis, additions, recipe changes, and machine adjustments to maintain process parameters.
•Conduct first-level troubleshooting and partner with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment downtime.
•Track schedules, perform preventive maintenance and calibration, and handle dispositions/rework plus 5S and safe chemical waste handling.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate, or 6+ months of hands-on experience in a technical/high-volume manufacturing field (or an associate’s degree in a STEM field).
•2+ years of experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs), engineering laminates, electrochemical processes, and/or microelectronics fabrication (including projects/clubs/internships).
•Experience in a wet lab and handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, or other hazardous chemicals.
•Ability to use a computer and the Microsoft Office suite, and experience with production/inventory software such as MES/ERP.
•Current or past IPC-A-600 or IPC-6012 certification (or equivalent).
