Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute startup and shutdown procedures for PCB production equipment.
  • •Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems across PCB manufacturing steps such as plating, etching, drilling, and lamination.
  • •Perform chemical analysis, additions, recipe changes, and machine adjustments to maintain process parameters.
  • •Conduct first-level troubleshooting and partner with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment downtime.
  • •Track schedules, perform preventive maintenance and calibration, and handle dispositions/rework plus 5S and safe chemical waste handling.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate, or 6+ months of hands-on experience in a technical/high-volume manufacturing field (or an associate’s degree in a STEM field).
  • •2+ years of experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs), engineering laminates, electrochemical processes, and/or microelectronics fabrication (including projects/clubs/internships).
  • •Experience in a wet lab and handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, or other hazardous chemicals.
  • •Ability to use a computer and the Microsoft Office suite, and experience with production/inventory software such as MES/ERP.
  • •Current or past IPC-A-600 or IPC-6012 certification (or equivalent).
