Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead cabling activities, troubleshooting, and QA/QC for assigned work
  • •Install, service, upgrade, and decommission complex structured cabling systems (copper, fiber optic, and low voltage)
  • •Perform advanced testing and inspection (including Fluke DSX8000 testing, OTDR testing, remediation, and documentation)
  • •Mentor and guide Technicians I & II and provide on-the-job training as required
  • •Serve as the field point of contact with the client, providing updates and handling emergency service requests with SLA compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of TIA/BICSI standards and ICT best practices
  • •Expertise in fiber fusion splicing (including high strand ribbon fiber)
  • •Ability to terminate and test copper and fiber (e.g., Fluke DSX8000, OTDR, VFL)
  • •Experience installing structured cabling components such as patch panels, racks/rack and stack, and network device mounting
  • •Ability to read/create port maps and maintain accurate technical documentation
