Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Site PM in maintaining project schedule baselines, updates, and actual-vs-baseline tracking.
  • •Develop schedule what-if scenarios and forecasts to support decision-making, and highlight schedule risks with proposed solutions.
  • •Support PMO operations by developing and maintaining key project documents (e.g., charter, stakeholder register, assumptions/constraints, risk & opportunity registers, change log, lessons learned, and closure report).
  • •Maintain and update project information in DP World PPM systems (including Sensei IQ) and produce weekly/monthly project progress reports and cost monitoring inputs (EVM).
  • •Administer project SharePoint and support teams with filing structure, permissions, and guidance/training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
  • •Minimum 3 years post-degree experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Project is beneficial.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously and collaborate across diverse teams.
