Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sell-out, profitability, and operational performance across DTC and Partner Monobrand stores; drive achievement of the regional annual operating plan and productivity targets.
  • •Ensure consistent retail operating standards and SOP execution, including store visit discipline, performance review completion, DTC audit compliance, and VM compliance.
  • •Drive regional inventory productivity via stock deployment, replenishment discipline, and stock balancing while monitoring WOH, ageing, sell-through, shrinkage, and store-level gaps.
  • •Own DTC store expansion readiness, including market mapping, catchment assessment, property scouting, and new store operational readiness across hiring, training, VM, stock, and launch checklists.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and field operations teams; coordinate store hiring with HR and ensure structured partner review cadence with action closure.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years in retail/wholesale/franchise or commercial operations with multi-state exposure preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of store P&L, inventory productivity, replenishment processes, and partner governance.
  • •Experience managing multi-location operations and Store Managers, identifying risks early and driving corrective action.
  • •Proven ability to attract, select, and build Store Manager and frontline teams with strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
