Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations, including PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • •Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity platform, Time Keeping, Travel and Expense, Procurement, and other IT teams to gather data requirements and design integration solutions.
  • •Perform impact analysis, regression testing during Workday and other integrated application upgrades.
  • •Adhere to Workday Security, compliance and best practices while maintaining data integrity.
  • •Collaborate with Workday implementation partners, AMS Support team and Workday product team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as Workday integration developer with experience in Workday PECI, Core Connector, Studio, Web Services, XML/XSLT transformation.
  • •Experience with Workday reporting and security configuration.
  • •Understanding of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent development, compensation modules.
  • •Experience implementing payroll integrations using PECI template.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex integration issues.
