MS-Network Engineer L2

Provide professional second-line technical support for enterprise network services, working both remotely and onsite. Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring adherence to service level agreements while deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. Collaborate within support services to keep network environments stable and responsive to business needs. Requires Cisco routing and switching experience and a minimum of 4 years in related network support and engineering work.
