Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business requirement workshops, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis for Blue Yonder supply chain solutions.
  • •Configure and implement Blue Yonder Planning, WMS, TMS, Labor Management, SCPO, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization modules.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution blueprints, process flows, and system configuration specifications.
  • •Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, facilitate business sign-offs, and support solution deployment and adoption.
  • •Provide end-user training, post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement/enhancement roadmaps.
