•Respond to inquiries for Home Equity Line of Credit applications from data entry through loan closing.
•Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to schedule closings with customers and branch colleagues.
•Review and communicate transaction details accurately to ensure there are no surprises.
•Adhere to regulatory and bank guidelines while meeting productivity and quality standards.

•Requires ability to navigate a data entry system or other relevant applications.
•Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Home Equity products.
•Strong computer skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette and a friendly attitude.
