Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver impactful demonstrations of the platform to potential clients and assist Sales in technical discussions.
  • •Translate customer challenges into detailed product requirements and user stories to influence the roadmap.
  • •Build and nurture relationships with early adopters to drive advocacy and gather feedback on feature adoption.
  • •Own and evolve the Cloud PDM value proposition, ensuring alignment with market demand and industry trends.
  • •Collaborate with sales, development, and design teams to translate customer needs into actionable product insights and guide product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with CAD/PDM/PLM systems (SolidWorks PDM, Autodesk Vault, etc.)
  • •Hands-on experience with CAD/PDM systems such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or Onshape
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, analytical approach
  • •Fluent English (written & spoken) and availability for calls in US Eastern/Central time zones
  • •Ability to translate engineering workflows into actionable product insights and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
