Operations Manager-EK Chauffeur Drive Services

Own day-to-day delivery of the Chauffeur Drive contract in line with the commercial agreement, ensuring operational excellence, SLA/KPI performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead management reporting using operational data, facilitate timely deployments, and adhere to SOPs/SWIs. Manage client relationships using the RACI matrix, drive process improvements through metrics and automation, and ensure quality control and documentation across the operations team.
