Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and periodic maintenance in line with Polestar repair manuals and OEM standards.
  • •Handle the full customer service journey: booking, vehicle reception, technical consultations, repair updates, invoicing, and vehicle handover.
  • •Use high-voltage EV diagnostic tools to diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns efficiently.
  • •Manage warranty and related work order administration for warranty, goodwill, insurance, and leasing cases.
  • •Ensure workshop and process compliance (Fix It Right/FIR, HSSE, 5S, quality) and support junior technicians with coaching and on-the-job training.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs, periodic maintenance, and accessory fitment per Polestar repair manuals and OEM standards.
  • •Manage the end-to-end customer service journey, including booking, vehicle reception, technical consultations, repair updates, invoicing, and handover.
  • •Diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic systems and high-voltage EV diagnostic tools.
  • •Create and manage warranty documentation, including Electronic Warranty Approval Requests (EWARF) and warranty claims per OEM requirements.
  • •Minimum 6-7 years as a Light Vehicle Technician and 2+ years as a Diagnostic Technician in an automotive dealership environment.
