Key Responsibilities

•Lead the QA team for a project and remain accountable for all QA activities to ensure quality.
•Oversee quality across the project lifecycle, including requirement review, test script preparation, test execution, and recap.
•Identify UI/workflow/requirements gaps, communicate quality risks (e.g., technical debt and schedule slippage), and support remediation efforts.
•Schedule QA resources, estimate QA effort, and forecast testing timelines and milestones.
•Calculate traceability and test coverage metrics, triage test results, and coordinate with shared services/PLC checkpoints while aligning stakeholders on quality goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles (required).
•Experience leading QA efforts in Agile environments (preferred).
•Ability to perform requirement review, prepare test scripts, execute testing, and complete test recap (implied by responsibilities).
