Job Summary

Lead content operations for TikTok LIVE across overseas live-streaming markets within the MENA region. Analyze the local content ecosystem to drive growth, improve live content quality and audience engagement, and scale successful content frameworks with agency partners. Partner with T&S to shape community safety strategies and monitor content-related safety risks. Monitor short video content and collaborate with Algo and product teams to solve style issues, while supporting preparedness for real-time events.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth.
•Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement aligned to global and regional strategies.
•Collaborate with T&S and other functions to develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks.
•Monitor in-app short video content, identify content style problems, and work with Algo, PM and T&S on solutions.
•Observe local and international real-time events with emergency preparedness capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•Familiarity with the local internet market, culture, and trends.
•Safety-related work experience and the ability to analyze operational data.
•Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
•Fluency in English and Turkish to collaborate with Turkish-speaking and global stakeholders.
