Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive project-level procurement activities for construction projects, including major general contract tenders.
  • •Lead tenders for sub-contracts in assigned categories and coordinate procurement efforts across required categories.
  • •Evaluate change orders with the should-cost team and negotiate pricing.
