Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, troubleshoot, and evolve infrastructure needs for multiple engineering squads on a daily basis.
  • •Design, propose, and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on GCP.
  • •Advise squads on infrastructure architecture and best practices for their project setups.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • •Automate provisioning, deployment, and scaling processes to minimize downtime and manual effort while improving tooling and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with Linux administration and scripting in Bash, Python, and TypeScript.
  • •Proven experience operating and building infrastructure on GCP (AWS or Azure experience is a plus).
  • •Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Experience with configuration management and IaC tools such as Terraform, CDK for Terraform, or Pulumi.
  • •Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering squads and communicating infrastructure trade-offs clearly.
