Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engagement with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, and system challenges, translating them into scalable IT-enabled solutions.
  • •Drive end-to-end business analysis across initiatives, including requirement gathering, documentation of system requirements, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
  • •Design, test, and rollout Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and custom/bespoke solutions, applying functional expertise across Finance modules while aligning to business processes and control requirements.
  • •Own delivery of system enhancements by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment; lead IT Global Quarterly Release activities for readiness, validation, and deployment.
  • •Evaluate alternative solution designs and process optimization opportunities, ensuring SOX and governance compliance and coordinating with offshore delivery/support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst leading Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
  • •Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules, including Purchasing/iProcurement, AP, AR, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
  • •Strong understanding of Finance business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle management: gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and translating requirements into system specifications.
  • •Experience in UAT planning and release readiness, plus delivering/ supporting integrations between Oracle financial modules and third-party systems.
