Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination, and execution of environmental qualification test activities including vibration, shock, temperature, humidity, altitude, and E3.
  • •Develop environmental test plans, procedures, and reports per military/industry and program requirements.
  • •Serve as primary interface for qualification test matters across design teams, test laboratories, systems engineering, and program management.
  • •Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and manage configuration control, safety compliance, and procedural accuracy.
  • •Manage environmental test anomalies: perform root-cause analysis, coordinate troubleshooting, drive corrective actions to closure, and report results to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of technical/engineering experience.
  • •Experience with environmental qualification requirements or equivalent military/industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810).
  • •Experience leading environmental test activities including random/sine vibration, thermal and thermal-vacuum testing, temperature/humidity profiles, altitude/pressure testing, mechanical shock, and E3 (EMI/EMC, lightning, grounding, bonding).
  • •Experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition, interpreting technical drawings/specifications/requirements, and leading cross-functional teams.
