Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a motorgrader on road construction projects
  • •Oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
  • •Maintain a solid understanding of road construction aspects (grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, specifications, and compaction)
  • •Perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor
  • •Complete other related tasks such as shovel work, setting string line, and layout
