Motorgrader Operator- Montgomery, AL

Operate a motorgrader on road construction projects for APAC-AL in Alabama. This role requires prior experience operating construction equipment and an understanding of road construction fundamentals such as grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate sizing, job specifications, and compaction. You will perform basic equipment care (oil, grease, normal adjustments), learn the equipment’s efficient working condition, and handle minor servicing and maintenance or escalate major issues to a supervisor.
