Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor revenue and perform reconciliations tied to revenue recognition, investigating billing and revenue discrepancies.
  • •Manage daily cash application, resolve unapplied cash/payment discrepancies and short payments, and reconcile customer AR balances.
  • •Execute month-end Revenue and AR close activities, including preparing/reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and accounting journals.
  • •Calculate bad debt provisions and write-offs, monitor doubtful accounts, and support customer credit risk review from an accounting perspective.
  • •Prepare audit documentation, maintain internal controls, and support process documentation, automation, and OTC transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Revenue Accounting, or General Accounting.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close activities.
  • •Experience with revenue recognition (IFRS 15, ASC 606), ideally in a software company.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Excel, with external audit support experience.
