Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment assignments across the project lifecycle, including design, approvals, contract administration, site inspection, and warranty services.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated treatment solutions across civil/structural, architectural, mechanical, instrumentation & controls, electrical, and other disciplines.
  • •Prepare and review engineering reports and conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs.
  • •Coordinate technical resources to support efficient execution and guide delivery to meet budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive technical communication and support business development via proposals and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biosystems, Civil, or related).
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
  • •Strong technical expertise in the design of water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical design activities.
  • •Registered as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba (or eligible to obtain registration within six months).
