Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure technical excellence and compliance with ServiceNow best practices on major RH transformation projects.
  • •Support large-account clients in digitizing HR processes and modernizing their HR systems (SI).
  • •Define technical architecture for Core Business solutions (e.g., HRSD, WSD), design data models, and ensure integration best practices with the HR ecosystem (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleDocs).
  • •Animate technical workshops to converge business and systems experts on a shared, detailed understanding of the solution.
  • •Manage and pilot developer teams, implement complex configurations, ensure deliverable quality, and enable junior resources through skills development.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience on the ServiceNow platform, with confirmed practice of the HRSD module (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events), ideally as a Tech Lead or experienced consultant.
  • •Experience in designing, developing, and integrating with HRIS systems, working in multi-project environments.
  • •Ability to run technical workshops and align business, IT, and direction stakeholders on detailed solution implementation.
  • •Leadership experience: coach and federate HRSD technical consultant teams, conduct code reviews, set design standards, and enforce editor best practices in multi-project contexts.
  • •Recognized for leadership, communication, and teaching/pedagogy; curiosity and collaboration with an innovation mindset in HR domain.
