Key Responsibilities

  • •Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings as needed.
  • •Mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives.
  • •Run weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team on strategies to drive deal closure.
  • •Track and report sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management.
  • •Supervise sales activity, consistently monitor results, and ensure performance against targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years as a Second Line Manager leader in a large organization, including at least 3 direct reports as leaders/directors.
  • •Proven pipeline management in highly transactional business, including best practices across all deal ranges.
  • •Demonstrated experience closing multimillion-dollar Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals with specific, real examples.
  • •Proven track record managing attrition and renewals, with P&L experience to drive profitability.
