Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and design the architecture of core enterprise platform systems to be secure, reliable, and scalable for large customers.
  • •Contribute to a new suite of APIs to enable external creative tools and Avatar technology.
  • •Collaborate with product, security, legal, and infrastructure teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • •Evaluate work using system health and reliability metrics, leveraging observability and monitoring to meet performance, reliability, and compliance expectations.
  • •Lead projects spanning months and multiple teams, breaking down complex problems into deliverable steps and driving end-to-end technical initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a software engineer at a senior or staff level.
  • •Experience building and operating systems at scale, ideally within platform or enterprise-focused teams.
  • •Strong expertise in development and system design; stack includes Python, React & AWS.
  • •Relevant engineering experience for enterprise-grade systems (security, compliance, data handling, access control, multi-tenant systems, or platform services).
  • •Experience owning systems in production, including observability, incident response, and reliability improvements.
