Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time data across many makes/models
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders)
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and travel to customer job sites when required

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must pass a 10-panel drug screen
