Area Service Manager

Lead service operations in Trane’s rapidly expanding data center market, accountable for startup support, warranty execution, repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer satisfaction. Partner with the data center and sales teams across the project lifecycle, oversee service coordination and technician training, manage P&L forecasting, margins and cash flow, and ensure budget control and environmental, health and safety compliance while traveling to customer sites.
