Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Senior Director-level leaders to implement and drive adoption of enterprise people programs and strategies across assigned business groups.
  • •Advise executive and senior leadership on positive leader experiences across people-related processes and programs.
  • •Act as an HR subject matter expert across talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • •Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders on career development, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • •Use people analytics to generate actionable insights and lead cross-functional projects and transformation/change management initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, including 3–4 years supporting a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related environment.
  • •Proven experience planning and executing enterprise-wide people programs (Annual Performance Cycles, employee surveys, and talent initiatives).
  • •Strong executive partnering experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and above.
  • •Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong data storytelling and communication skills.
