Job Summary

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance in a St. Elmo, Illinois manufacturing facility to support safe, reliable operations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot electrical systems, and fabricate parts as needed to minimize downtime. Maintain power transmission and fluid handling systems, support equipment installation/modification, and train operators on set-up, changeovers, safety procedures, and Operator Asset Care while following GMPs and safety practices.

•Troubleshoot electrical systems, fabricate parts as needed, and operate shop equipment to support repairs.
•Train operators on equipment set-up, changeovers, safety procedures, and Operator Asset Care.
•Maintain and repair mechanical power transmission and fluid handling systems, and support equipment installation/removal/modification.

•Experience troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase motors.
•Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
