Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and govern enterprise strategy for supplier engagement and enablement across Supplier Performance and Relationship Management, Autonomous Sourcing, and regional initiatives.
  • •Create scalable supplier onboarding and engagement frameworks across the supplier lifecycle, including training, communications, and ongoing interaction models.
  • •Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working for vendor and internal partner teams; track and improve adoption and behavioral alignment.
  • •Design and continuously improve supplier engagement models, including segmented approaches by supplier type, maturity, and region.
  • •Own the Supplier Quarterly Performance Evaluation engagement framework and use feedback, sentiment, adoption metrics, and experience data to improve supplier experience and enablement strategies.
