Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently design and deliver defined problems and features using established architectural patterns.
  • •Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications enhanced with Generative AI capabilities.
  • •Integrate AI components and agents with internal/external APIs, business systems, and data sources.
  • •Develop GenAI workflows including retrieval pipelines, RAG systems, orchestration graphs, and agent-based architectures.
  • •Maintain production-first code quality through automated unit/component tests, identify defects/performance issues, and support production releases and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •2–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications, preferably with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Angular or React.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software delivery tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants) including prompt engineering and AI-supported code review/test generation.
  • •Working knowledge of applied AI concepts for software engineering such as large language models, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and responsible AI practices.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code, OOP, data structures/algorithms, distributed systems) and CI/CD with automated testing and release automation.
