Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including standard and non standard contracts, escalating complex or high risk issues as appropriate.
•Partner with business teams to provide legal guidance on day to day commercial and operational matters.
•Support senior counsel on more complex transactions, initiatives, and projects.
•Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of contract templates, standard terms, and legal processes.
•Coordinate with external counsel and internal subject matter experts when required.

Key Requirements

•Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing.
•6+ years of post-qualification legal experience, with strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations.
•Knowledge of the electronic payments and financial services industry is a differential.
•Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written).
