Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a 300mm, high-volume wafer fab running analog technology.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and process procedures to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Lead process/project improvement plans spanning efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to sustain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
  • •Support technology ramp through equipment/process startup execution, process experiments (SWRs), and data analysis/problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in dry/plasma etch process engineering.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Experience with 28nm and below.
  • •Experience with FEOL Isolation and Gate Etch Processing (STI, GATE, Contact, Flash integration methods) or BEOL Via/Trench Etch processing.
