Job Summary

Serve as a finance business partner to regional leadership, analyzing branch and division financials to drive performance improvements. Lead budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, perform root-cause variance and KPI-driven analytics, and develop operations reporting and executive presentations. Support East division branch locations, collaborating in-person with team meetings at the Roswell office at least twice per month.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a key operations finance business partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Area Managers, and field support teams.
•Drive the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecast processes.
•Analyze daily/weekly/monthly financials to identify root-cause drivers and explain variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
•Perform detailed revenue and margin analysis (customer and SKU profitability, inventory, labor productivity, sales force productivity, pricing) to improve financial performance.
•Prepare executive-level reporting/presentations and develop operations reports targeting key focus areas.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years providing financial leadership and business partnership to field-based operations (branch/store/multi-site), translating insights into operational action.
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Planful (Host Analytics), or similar large-scale ERP and reporting platforms.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
•Business-partner mindset with strong communication, time management, leadership, and financial acumen for P&L/cash flow impact.
