Key Responsibilities

•Ensure high customer service standards and engagement on the sales floor while spending 90% of time coaching employees.
•Drive sales management activities to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability goals, including product recommendations and handling exchanges.
•Oversee store operations by processing POS transactions accurately and diagnosing store performance using operational KPIs (e.g., CR, UPT, ATV).
•Manage staff by assisting with recruiting, training, developing, and motivating retail sales teams.
•Maintain merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and compliance: uphold visual standards, manage shrink goals and inventory counts, oversee loss prevention, and prepare/analyze sales reports.
