Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and support day-to-day management of the Network PMO for Fusion Delivery and other ECMI initiatives.
  • •Coordinate requirements gathering, delivery tracking, reporting, and governance activities across stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and provide regular updates on the India Fusion Network roadmap and delivery progress across product forums, partners, leadership, and program stakeholders.
  • •Track delivery status, risks/issues, financial reporting, dependencies, and lifecycle readiness; prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership.
  • •Support end-to-end delivery activities, including testing, implementation, and cutover for Fusion Network initiatives and network integrations with issuing (Fiserv) and acquiring partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management/Administration, Information Systems Technology, or related field.
  • •Experience in project or program management, preferably in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
  • •Experience working across technology and business teams, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and external partners/vendors.
  • •Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Foundational understanding of payments and network technologies, including network specifications, core systems, and emerging payment trends.
