Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily receiving operations, ensuring timely completion of receipts and resolving operational issues.
  • •Run day-to-day warehouse activities including storage and material issuance, monitoring inventory accuracy and correct issuance practices (e.g., first-expiry first-out).
  • •Develop and maintain workflows, operating procedures, and documentation controls; standardize and improve warehouse processes using AI-based optimization tools.
  • •Manage ASRS operations to ensure uptime and optimize storage configurations and retrieval for speed and accuracy; coordinate with IT/engineering on upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • •Supervise and train warehouse staff, coach team members, maintain safety standards, and act as site process steward for reviews, compliance, and risk reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering (preferable).
  • •At least 2 years of leadership skills (e.g., university or co-curricular activities).
  • •Advanced verbal fluency with effective written communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in M365 Apps, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • •Familiarity with UI Path, Power BI, Tableau, and a programming language; hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Chatbot/Agentic AI/automation) and SAP warehouse modules/ASRS management is a plus.
