Hands-on, technical product leader to build new products on top of proprietary construction infrastructure. Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to shipped product and ARR, collaborating with engineers, product analysts, and account executives to launch frequently and grow revenue in a high-impact, in-person SF setting.

•Define what gets built by synthesizing signals from customers, partners, and market needs to determine what to build, why, and in what order.
•Lead cross-functional execution with engineers, account executives, and product analysts from requirements and scoping through QA, launch, and rollout.
•Go deep on customer workflows by engaging construction companies to uncover unmet needs and shape products that solve real problems customers will pay for.
•Set and drive the roadmap by prioritizing ruthlessly across a portfolio of products and making the business case for what to build now versus later.
•Think in platform terms, ensuring every product accelerates the next one and contributes to compound value across the suite.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on, full-time builder who operates in the weeds of complex systems and focuses on product execution
•At least 1 year of experience working with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, and similar tools
•2+ years of full-time software experience in a data/technical role (e.g., data analyst, product)
•High ownership and conscientiousness, able to manage multiple threads without sacrificing quality
•Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal; comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams
