Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of Sales Performance Management and forecasting systems from start to finish and translate business needs into product features
•Define product strategy and roadmap for pipeline visibility, forecast rollups, and data-based predictions
•Lead cross-system integration and architecture to ensure scalable, reliable data flows and alignment with Sales, RevOps, and Finance
•Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver multi-system initiatives
•Outline, communicate, and secure agreement on multi-year roadmaps for platform/enterprise products and ensure backlog readiness

Key Requirements

•6–8 years in Product Management, ideally within Sales Performance Management, Forecasting, RevOps, or related platforms
•Experience owning complex, multi-system enterprise products or SPM and Forecasting platforms
•Strong comprehension of sales pipeline oversight, sales performance tracking, and forecasting procedures
•Strong experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments
•Experience managing complex, multi-system initiatives through disciplined prioritization and execution
