Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products, including operating heavy/light duty machinery and controlling load-out functions.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading (including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses) and understand automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Monitor and maintain inventory quality and deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, and feed to customer sites.
  • •Perform scheduled, daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment for seeps/leaks and completing required record keeping.
  • •Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment; support grounds and warehouse work (including snow removal, loader driving, and forklift operation); and report safety concerns, repairs, and customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement (preferred), plus readiness for pre-employment screening if required.
