Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as the primary legal and operations lead, developing settlement structures and eligibility criteria, negotiating and finalizing settlement documents, and resolving claimant disputes. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, including workflow/quality assurance, and perform data analysis to monitor values and identify trends across settlements and claim groups.
