Lead a portfolio of The North Face stores across Northern California to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive operational excellence, and achieve business goals. Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing store leadership teams, execute brand strategies, and ensure store compliance with standards and policies. Partner with corporate teams across Retail Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising, conduct regular store visits and audits, and use performance insights to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
