Key Responsibilities

•Own Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards.
•Apply technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
•Analyze data across key performance indicators to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives.
•Lead small groups through structured problem solving and manage small projects using the Conagra Performance System.
•Lead capital project initiatives and provide direct oversight of assigned team members, administering discipline and ensuring consistent policy application.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,000 - 95,000 annually
