Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and functional direction for ME, IE, robotics, automation, and maintenance across Advanced Structures factories.
  • •Standardize and harmonize operational engineering practices across AS, including deploying forward-deployed SME teams to support onsite projects and recovery efforts.
  • •Oversee Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) frameworks from development through full-rate production and lead enterprise manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead capital planning and project management processes, ensuring accurate eCAR development and on-time, on-budget execution; drive productivity and shop-floor visual management.
  • •Optimize enterprise maintenance and capacity planning, lead enterprise KPI roll-ups and reporting, and manage product transition strategy aligned to long-range planning needs.

Key Requirements
