  • •Partner with product and design as a thought partner, bringing product sense to features and technical decisions.
  • •Own work end-to-end and deliver results on time, collaborating across teams to unblock delivery.
  • •Apply engineering best practices including code review, automated testing, CI/CD, progressive delivery, observability, and documentation.
  • •Set technical direction and mentor junior engineers to raise architecture, code quality, and delivery practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language, with the ability to learn new stack components as needed.
  • •Deep understanding of backend systems, API design, and data modeling, with ownership of features from architecture through production.
  • •Familiarity with ML/LLM systems (including prompt engineering and evals) is a plus.
  • •Several years of experience shipping production software and leading projects from spec to launch with multiple contributors.
