Senior Compensation Analyst

Own compensation analytics and the systems behind broad-based base pay and variable/incentive programs. Build and maintain scalable compensation models for benchmarking, budgeting, scenario analysis, and reconciliation, and lead pay trend and survey analyses to shape salary structures and equity bands. Create reporting trackers and dashboards, administer annual compensation cycles end to end, enhance compensation tooling with automation and AI, and support M&A integrations through due diligence and pay-structure harmonization.
