Manage and optimise housing operations for Sishen & Kolomela by maintaining housing master data and ensuring system alignment between Kumba ERP and service providers. Oversee rental contract compliance, occupancy tracking, entry/exit inspections, key deposits, and maintenance records. Coordinate inspections and maintenance planning with service providers, handle evictions through legal processes, and support student/PIT accommodation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain housing master data by reconciling and verifying accuracy, completeness, and data quality measures.
•Oversee housing system administration and alignment between Kumba ERP and service providers’ master data, including ongoing system improvements.
•Ensure legal compliance of rental contracts and update agreements to reflect current policies and legal requirements.
•Track and analyse occupancy rates and plan demand/supply equilibrium, including shortfalls and surpluses.
•Coordinate tenant entry/exit inspections, key deposit/return processes, inspections for vacant houses, and housing maintenance scheduling with service providers.

Key Requirements

•Grade 12 Certificate / N3 Technical.
•Higher National Vocational qualification in Housing Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field on NQF5.
•SA Drivers Licence.
•Knowledge of housing management principles with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
•Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, payroll recovery processes, and Microsoft Office Suite.
